How I Work
I help people understand emotional patterns, relationship cycles, trauma responses and develop greater connection with themselves and others.
Many people feel unsure about seeking psychological services for themselves and it is common to have questions about what course of action makes the most sense for your particular situation.
In these cases, we find that connecting to discuss behaviors of concern and develop a specific road map for treatment, is particularly helpful.
Everyone struggles at one point or another, and it can be difficult to find someone you trust to care for your well-being. I take this responsibility seriously and am committed to developing a safe trusting relationship with you and helping you solve your problems as quickly as possible.
Stories of Healing
Working with Lisa completely transformed how my partner and I communicate during high-stress moments. She created an emotionally safe, non-judgmental environment where we both felt heard and validated. We went from constantly missing each other to understanding our deeper patterns, and our relationship is stronger than it has ever been.

Therapy with Lisa was seamless from day one. Her insight, patience, and structured guidance helped me unpack long-standing emotional cycles that were holding me back in my career and personal relationships. I am deeply grateful for her support.

Lisa’s compassionate, trauma-informed approach gave me the practical tools I needed to manage severe anxiety and burnout. She doesn’t just offer textbook advice; she brings warmth, curiosity, and genuine collaboration to every session. I finally feel grounded and in control of my life again.
